Amule 2.1.3 problem on ubuntu 7.01

I tried to install Amule 2.1.3 for ubuntu Operating System,and It seems that instead of the GUI lists I get blank lines ,I can click the lines but I can see fonts...How can I solve the problem??? (I used the installation instruction from link: http://www.ubuntux.org/how-to-install-p2p-emule-client-amule )... ThanksLeeor C.
