AWN help

Hello I need help, when I click on AWN it like starts but the it just stays blank.as if  it never started. It blinks and then nothing happens. Can someone help?John

Have you got Compiz-Fusion

Have you got Compiz-Fusion installed? It only works when there are fancy desktop effects in place.
