Backgrounds for Kubuntu
If you use Kubuntu or even just KDE, you can find hundreds of themes, customizations and how-to's at http://www.kde-look.org/ I added the Superkaramba eye candy applet, and even more are available. Have fun, I certainly have a load of fun making and using & modifying different themes and desktop widgets, etc. I am running all this on an old machine PIII 800mhz with 446RAM. It runs Kubuntu, KDE Superkaramba just fine. Not a speed demon, but it works for me. Hope this helps, Good luck!
