Changing standard encodingSubmitted by tsf on Sun, 2008-02-24 14:44.
I am using KDE under Ubuntu. I would like to change the standard UTF-8 encoding to ISO-8859-1, but I did not find how to do it so that all my applications (Firefox, emacs, ...) know about it, and I have to set it for every file I manipulate.Any hints?-- tsf ( categories: Tips & Tricks & Customization )
