compile c++ problem

Hi:everyonei just installed the new Kubuntu Linux in my computer,but i can`t compile any *.cpp file with g++ command . Terminal show me "bash : g++: command not found"i dont know the why i cant use g++ to compile.thanks alot , please help me with this small problem.
