How to install Mozilla Thunderbird (Email Client)

Prerequisites: add universe and multiverse repositories.

Open a terminal window and type in:
sudo apt-get install mozilla-thunderbird
killall gnome-panel

The second command refreshes the GNOME panel.

After that you can find the Thunderbird Mail Client in the Gnome menu under Applications -> Internet.
