• cd Songbird

• tar xvfz Songbird_0_3_pre_20071027_linux-i686.tar.gz
• wget http://mikesubuntu.googlepages.com/songbird
• sudo cp songbird /usr/bin/
• sudo chmod +x /usr/bin/songbird
