Install WEBCAM

Brand     "ELECOM"Modle     "UCAM-E1C30TNSV"I'm just geting use to Linux(Kubuntu)So I dont know much about it.I dont know how to install it.Some please HELP me.I'm praying.To make sure it's working i had install it in Windows machine and it's Working.

I'm not fully sure. If you look at"Known OmniVision-based devices (and ones that are easily confused)" you will see the Elcom mentioned. The driver ov511 is available from the repositories.
