Internet Connection icon disappeared

I have Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty Fawn. Dell Dimension 8200.Cable modem (Comcast is the isp) & Linksys Wireless G Router.Where did my internet connection icon go? It disappeared from the panel for no apparent reason.Maybe the Fawn is being feisty. But I don't know how to connect without the icon. I setup Ubuntu using wubi and this happened once before and I had to uninstall & reinstall everything.Can someone help?
