Set my TV screen to 1024x768 on an ATI 9250

Hi, i have problems with 3 now, plus any new, computer that is configured for TV as second screen, and has an ATI card, the problem is simple, is permanently set to 800x600

And i wish to change it to 1024x768, the second screen is ALWAYS active, so it does not matter if i have my tv conected or not at the moment of login, if i forgot to conect it i just need to plug it on and that it, here is my xorg.conf please i had searched a lot, and i can't find anything that works, someone told me there is no way, but it has to be, the same TV works perfectly on any Nvidia and on any ATI 9250 on windows, it has to be a way..
