Top panel accidentally deleted

I mistakenly in my haste removed the top right panel in Ubuntu 11.04 and want to get it back. This is the part which has Ethernet icon, time/date, and shut down button etc... Ethernet came back on it's own.
Would prefer to have instructions do it from a menu.
I've got memory problems which makes using command line more difficult; but can do command line if it is copy and paste like functional.

I'm a newbie myself, but I think I know the answer to this one.

I assume the panel itself is still there, in which case you can right click on a blank area (of the panel), choose "Add to panel" and then click on "Indicator applet complete".

I hope that helps. If the panel itself is missing, we'll have to wait for someone who knows a bit more than I do.

Thanx Barney, I had tried that unsuccessfully before my post.
I've been struggling with Linux since late 90's but then I have memory problems related to a brain and chemical injuries. As a result I can only learn and do simpler things quickly. Good fortune SW %:))
